The moves aren't difficult at all. It's not choreography to follow, it's pretty much straight sport drills.

There are perks to going to the gym. I still have my gym membership to run on the treadmill a couple of times a week, but it's costing me $30 per month. I have found that working out at home allows me to: * get a great lifting workout in my socks. * workout at home while my kids are still asleep * saves on getting sick…

I would buy a great outfit, shoes, and then go to Jack in the Box. Okay, I'd splurge on Panda Express.

That was the case for me. Last summer I did Insanity for 63 straight days and it was killer on my knees. This summer I did it again for 63 days, with less weight and stronger tendons and I didn't have a problem.

Those stores will have no problem with staying in business. The nation is getting fatter. It's getting so bad that our military is in danger because our kids are so out of shape.

It's one of the best cardio workouts you can get inside your home without a treadmill. It is absolutely worth it. I've done Insanity by itself twice through and also as part of a hybrid with P90X. Here is a Insanity thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/245273-insanity-starting-memorial-day?hl=insanity+memorial

Running in place would get boring super fast for me. i would recommend the Insanity home workout if you wanted to increase your cardio performance inside.

Yeah, I read it. It wasn't very enlightening for me. I already exercise. The entire book could have been condensed into 5-10 bullet points.

The best appetite supressant I've ever taken is protein.
-
hehehe, I still jog 5 mph.
-
A purchased P90X program comes with a nutrition guide and percentages. On MFP you can go up to the settings tab and start with changing your percentages for carbs and protein. P90X requires between 40-50% protein. So, 50 grams of protein a day would not be enough for muscle building and repair. Cut your carbs down to 100…

Are you doing the lean version or the classic version? Are your carbs more than 150 grams per day? what is your protein intake like?

Absolutely love before and after pics.

You should work on upper body strength, such as push-ups, chair dips, and shoulder work. Pretty much: P90X. Also, you need to work on your cardio endurance if you haven't started that.

Excellent!!

I love P90X. I wasn't fit when I began it. I could barely jog on the treadmill for 5 minutes straight. P90X kicked me into gear. Also, it has made me venture outside of my comfort zone. <that avatar pic is of me doing my 2nd mud run. P90X got me to the point that I wanted to try other fitness programs, 5K races, and mud…
