Careful with the banana's. They are high glycemic, so you may want to do half serving of a banana. You can track your sugar intake along with your carbs on mfp too. Best wishes.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/edorice I have some logistics advice on my blog. I would bring an extra towel. You may be sprayed off after the race. People dunked themselves in the lake after our mud run. I would take a plastic trash bag to sit on in your car. A lot of people leave their shoes behind for donation. I…

Have a great time with TF!

At the end of it all I would say compare ingredients, it's not only about price. Check into Jay Robb protein, the GNC stuff, and Pro 5 from Nutrishop for higher protein drinks. You can go to their web-sites or compare ratings and ingredients on www.foodfacts.com Also, I would recommend Vitamin Shoppe and Nutrishop for…

Sure you can do the hybrid first. You'll benefit from the high cardio of TF and the resistance training for CLX.

Yes it's yummy because... Slim Fast shakes are sweetened with a variety of sugars, including regular table sugar, maltodextrin, fructose and high fructose corn syrup. The shakes also contain the artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame potassium. Read more:…

My daughter has Lupus and was given prescription strength vitamin D. The sun is a great natural source of vitamin D. A few minutes outside walking or bike riding would help.

There are a lot of workout DVD's that you can do at home and get a great burn. Also, some offer resistance training to work against the jiggly parts. LOL

I want to be able to outrun a zombie AND also prevent osteoporosis...

OK, gotcha. Tizzz- That Ideal Shape shake has sucralose and corn syrup in it. Check out Jay Robb protein. You can google the ingredients. It can be found at any Vitamin Shoppe store or online.

I haven't done her diet plan, but I read an article about her book. The outline was common sense and a good read. You could probably find it used on Amazon.com. Her stance on exercise for longevity is nothing really new. I like to read different points of view, so I would say check it out.

toothpaste to dry it up.

i would never recommend a liquid diet. I know that Shakeology is 140 - 150 calories. That's a snack in my average day.

I used to drink Lean Dessert protein...here are the ingredients below. it has corn syrup and sucralose in it. If you don't go the route of Shakeology I would recommend Jay Robb protein. Ingredients: A Sustained Release Multi-Functional Micellar Protein Matrix Comprised Of (Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate [Milk]…

Fuzion K-akg fruit punch flavor tops Jack3d for taste, but has a few carbs in it.

My husband wears his while he works out and showers. His is etched titanium.

Tizzz: here is a comparison between Body By Vi and Shakeology. Raiderchickette - it is hard to dispute how Shakeology tasted to you. I prefer the Greenberry over the Chocolate flavor and I mix it with a handful of frozen fruit. I just love it. Ninerbuff - you state that you can't live on shakes forever, yet you also say…

You're probably not eating enough if you're always exhausted.

5 Hour Energy is great too. It's just that Red Bull and 5 Hour can get pricey compared to the pre-workout mixes.

I workout in the morning or at lunch. Some things that I like (not at the same time) are: sugar free Red Bull Jack3d by Universal Labs Fuzion K-akg @ Nutri-shop; they also have Fuzion without caffeine in it for those who workout in the evening. green tea

I know a couple of people that have had the surgery. Have you started any type of exercise program? Also, are the foods that you're able to eat very nutritionally dense? Your metabolism may be very low right now.

At first glance, Shakeology and Slimfast look like very similar products. Slimfast and Shakeology are weight loss shakes designed to replace a meal while providing the nutrients and fuel your body needs. The list of ingredients and the health benefits experienced by the different products are extremely different, however.…
