Has anyone read her books and/or tried her diet? what do you think about it?

    I haven't done her diet plan, but I read an article about her book. The outline was common sense and a good read. You could probably find it used on Amazon.com. Her stance on exercise for longevity is nothing really new. I like to read different points of view, so I would say check it out.

    Mercy...did you start out with the Insanity workouts? I have P90X at home and its really discouraging.
