can i start both turbo fire & chalean extreme?

I've been doing Turbo Jam for about 2 months now. It worked great for my weight loss but I felt I needed something more. So I ordered Turbo Fire. But then the more I read posts of MFP I realized I needed Chalean Extreme more! So I ordered that too! ( yeah my hubby doesn't know that yet! shhh.. ) My goal is to lose a little more weight but really tone up. I just started Turbo Fire last night. My question is, If I'm new to both TF AND Chalean Extreme ..can I start with the Hybrid schedule? Or is that only for people who finish either one of the programs? Thanks for the answers in advanced! Hoping I can keep up with both !!

You can jump right into the hybrid schedule especially since you are already familiar with Chalene from Turbo Jam.
You will LOVE both programs!!!!
If it is hard that is goodjust go at your own pace and have fun!

Sure you can do the hybrid first. You'll benefit from the high cardio of TF and the resistance training for CLX.0

I don't see why you couldn't do a hybrid of both even though you have completed a full program of each. You will have to learn the moves and get used to them but you would have to do that even if you were only doing one. If I were you I would use your Turbo Fire for cardio workouts so replace your Chalean Extream cardio with those.
The workouts are all good, just do what works for you. I do recommend that you do cardio every other day and of course your resistence training on the other days. Be sure and take your rest day and eat enough calories as these workouts require lots of energy.

i did chalean extreme , she also as videos for cardio etc in the program so i guess you could do both but i would do chalean extreme tahn do turbo fire but its really how you want to do it .good luck0

Thank you all so much for all the information. Maybe I'll finally learn my lesson and read into things more before I just say " I want that, I'm ordering it! " Now I have too many workouts and I don't know which one to choose!! Have any of you ever completed any of them? or both for that matter? I'm kind of looking for fast results ( esp. for this horrific mommy belly !! ) I think I'm gonna try to do the hybrid schedule and see how it goes! Thanks again girls0
