Energy?

So I've been working out regularly, but I notice I have to really push myself to do it. It's not that I don't want to, it's that I'm always exhausted. I have a hard time going to class, working out, practicing, or even just staying awake. I always lay down 8 hours prior to when I need to be awake, so I usually at least get 7 hours of sleep. I am not sure why I am always so tired, but was wondering if anyone had any tips on gaining energy through out the day? I don't want to take caffeine pills or drink a lot of coffee or anything like that, so anything else would be helpful.

You're probably not eating enough if you're always exhausted.0

I am not sure what you are eating during the day but many times this has a big impact. Try eating more foods filled with iron like beans, beets, spinach and lots more dark green leafy veggies. It did the trick and I also started taking a multivitamin as well. Good luck!0

I have also been told that if you are dehydrated it will make you feel tired. Make sure you are also drinking plenty of water.:drinker:0
