I LOVE apples with peanut butter.. in fact after every workout I have that for the protein lol. I also love granola bars, trail mixes [or chex mix], bananas [or banana milk shakes =P], and yogurt with some cereal in it [I like the crunch lol].

I'm losing weight for my wedding...so other than the obvious "I'm going to get married" response... I'll let you know my little secret. My fiance has never seen a 'sexy' side of me before. So as a wedding gift I'm going to get his sister, who is a professional photographer, to dress me up and take pictures of me kinda like…

That's awesome!! Keep at it!! I have so many friends who lost all of their weight jogging a bit every day. It's such a great work out. I hope I can do the same thing after I'm done with the 30DS. ^_^

Hey! Welcome aboard! If you need MFP friends just add me. ^_^

Really the type of swim suit someone wears depends on their body shape and their weight all together. Not to be mean, but someone who is 300 pounds probably wouldn't wear a bikini. I'm a pear shape, the type of bathingsuit that looks really nice on me is the cute mini dress ones. that are halter top. Since my shoulders are…

My aunt suffered with the same problem for YEARS. But little by little she worked her way through it. It's not easy and she had PLENTY of mood swings and fights to go along with her frustration. But today she is so happy and she's half the size she used to be. It's not easy, but keep it up. You'll get over it! If you…

Wowzers that's awesome!!! How did you do it???

I'm 5'4.5" and I'm currently a size 16. I weight around 195 [depending on when I weigh myself in the day] But not gonna lie, I only buy stretchy jeans and pants because I'm in between a 16 and an 18, most 16's can still be a little snug on me.

bump. I'm thinking of doing the same.

Every time I start losing weight my fiancee notices immediately. Then again I sweat he's always checking out my body regardless what weight I am so he'll always be the first to notice. But don't let it get you down. People are always too busy with their lives to notice others. Just keep at it and when you're almost at your…

Okay here is another question for you guys... I grew up in a single parent household. Sometimes my mom couldn't afford to buy me new clothes and, even though I was getting bigger, I would be forced to wear the smaller size in jeans. Because of this, I now have rolls and HUGE ones. where my pants dug into and continue to…

Wow! I'm shocked at how many people are just like me and so many more who have surpassed their original goal! Does anyone maybe have some tips that they could give me? For example, I have a VERY SLOW metabolism because all throughout high school and most of college I never ate breakfast. What could I do to speed it up a…

So if I'm a size 16 and I'm 194 what size do you guys think I would be if I lost 50 pounds and got down to 145?
-
wow! this is so inspiring! I just took my first "before" picture last night.. and it really didn't help motivate me AT ALL. (Really the only reason I did it is because my cousin forced me to lol.) And I can't wait until I can take my during picture after my first 20 pounds. Seeing your pictures really makes me want to go…

Why don't you try and confront them nicely about it? Ask them to help support you. =] And if you really want to have a brownie... then have 1 BUT ONLY ONE. Remember, if you get rid of everything you love, you're going to binge and not stay steady on your diet. =]

I just recently became engaged myself and I too have always struggled with my weight. My fiance however didn't care that i gained weight while we were dating; he actually gained a lot of weight himself once he felt comfortable in the relationship. But I am working hard to lose it, and I only just began doing this two weeks…

WOW! This is great motivation for me! Right now I look just like your before pictures. I just recently got engaged and I am SUPER DEDICATED to my diet. Ironically I am almost a size 18; I am 200 pounds and my goal is to be 150 at a size 10...and hopefully a size 8 one day. Your story really motivates me to finally lose it…
