Hello everyone! I'm in! November Goals: 1. Lose 5 pounds and keep them off, and mainly flatten my stomach. 2. Coffee makes you black. This was used to discourage us from having momma's coffee. When the grandkids came along she started making them hot chocolate...imagine that. We never had hot chocolate and we lived in Cleveland.

Done and pooped! I may not be able to walk tomorrow, after that bike ride too! What was I thinking? Despite all the exercising I've done today I feel prettygood! Thanks for the challenges.

I'll give that a try. This morning I put some powder underneath and it seems to be staying in place. I assumed a larger size wouldn't fit properly.

I started this program also, but my work schedule was too hectic to continue. I'm back to normal now and would like to see it through the end. I'm looking for a 90-day buddy to keep me motivated. After two weeks your body will begin the transformation...nice!

Clothes would be a fantastic reward to show off the sexical you and will you feel so mcuh better when you start selecting a size that you hadn't worn before or used to wear. Thrift store or consignment shop clothes would be ideal for the transition weight loss and be motivation for losing more!

That's not a small victory. It took a lot of dedication to lose those 18 pounds and you should be damn proud!
