  • Actually it's not too bad. If you're like me, breakfast is my largest meal. Right now I have to burn at least 402 calories, I always go over that. Eat it on a morning you're going to do some heavy duty cardio. It's very light so you shouldn't have that weighed down feeling during your workout. Calories per serving: 577
