When i stepped on the scale yesterday, i was optimistic..i thought it could have been a couple things..like water weight, so i went on with my day, had breakfast, got ready for work and decided to step on again, and i was back where i should have been. I stepped on it again this morning ( i know, i know) and down another…

Thanks for the advice/tips. I would bike to work, but i live 17 miles from work, and it would be nearly impossible for me to do so. I do have the 30 day shred dvd, but i can never get past the 1st part of it..its tough. But I think i'll be working up to get past that part though.

Hmm. Yeah, that could be it too. Today, it was difficult to eat the calories that I am allowed per day, mainly because I ate alot of low calorie things for meals and such. I usually try not to eat past 7pm. It's hard for me to only weigh myself weekly because I love seeing that number go down

yes it is, but the last few days its been going down..not fluctuating..except for today.

Hmm. I think it fluctuates(sp?) alot. I usually just weigh myself before I eat anything and after i've used the bathroom. I may have to just weigh myself on 1 day a week if that. Does it matter much if i eat something like, right before i go to bed? I'm trying to get out of that habit, the days that i did not eat right…

Thanks for all the information, when i was growing up...i dont think i ever weighed myself as much as i do right now..so im not sure.
