Working out & not losing?
I walked about 30min slow pace, while at work ( work in a group home). I am not sure why, but usually i lose .2-.4lbs overnight. But after walking for 30 min saturday, i weighed myself sunday morning before eating anything, and after using the bathroom...it seemed i went up 2lbs? is that normal? I work alot, and I don't…

Yesterday, when i weighed myself, i was down almost 2lbs since thursday. When i weighed myself this morning, I was up 1 1/2lbs? what causes this? do i go by what I weighed in at yesterday or today?
