Well... your weight can fluctuate by 2.2lbs a day, throughout the day. Did you weigh yourself at the same time on both days?0

Your weight fluctuates so much during the week that you shouldn't weigh yourself daily. Pick one time once a week and weigh yourself at the same time each week.0

That's what I've got into the habit of doing. Every Sunday after work I go and weigh myself and mostly in the last 4 weeks I've not felt like I'm losing anything but actually I've lost on average 3lbs a week. I've learned not to weigh myself every day like my wii fit wanted me to. I still do but now I take it with a pinch of salt and think of what it could be at the end of the week.0

i always weigh myself same day each week and right when i wake up after i use the restroom and with no clothes on.. this way anything i eat/drink during the day doesnt impact my weight0

Hmm. I think it fluctuates(sp?) alot. I usually just weigh myself before I eat anything and after i've used the bathroom. I may have to just weigh myself on 1 day a week if that. Does it matter much if i eat something like, right before i go to bed? I'm trying to get out of that habit, the days that i did not eat right before i went to bed, i was down almost 0.4lbs from the day before. Maybe thats what I'm doing wrong? either way, im glad to be losing weight.0
