Yes, I sometimes wonder if I have Exercise Bulimia. I find myself trying to fit in a work out everyday (not taking a day off) because I want to eat more. I am a bit obsessed...at least it's a healthy thing to be obsessed about.

I try to stay under 40 grams/day (not including fiber). Also, I have a protein/fruit shake before I work out (for energy)and a snack size candy bar right after I work out (my workouts are usually 1-2 hours long) and I don't count the carbs I eat before and after my workouts. I just entered strength training under cardio and it says I burned a whopping 70 calories. I usually do a mix of cardio and strength training and enter it as circuit training, but today I only worked out with weights. Thanks for all of your input.
