No. OP, make breakfast sandwiches on a free day, wrap them individually, and freeze them. Heat in the microwave. You can do eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, vegetables, etc. You can also make breakfast burritos, wrap, and freeze.

Taco Bell for lunch. I think in terms of "how many things should I get?" so a burrito, Crunchwrap, Nachos Bell Grande, and a soft taco. Then a cookie sandwich for dessert. Large, thin-crust pizza for dinner the same night with some breadsticks. It was about a 6000 calorie day. It's happened at least twice.

Does it count as intimidating behavior if the person on the treadmill in front of you farts several times? Like to the point where you have to decide if you want to smell it or taste it. If so, then yes, I've been intimidated at the gym.

But think of the coupons!! People that speed up to get around me on the interstate and then slow down so they're driving below the speed limit. Makes me stabby. Stab. Bee.

Invest in a food scale. That way, you can just enter these items into your diary and it will tell you how many calories that is.

If you don't modify your eating habits, you're going to regain the weight, even with the surgery. While it's not the route I chose to take, I think it's unfair to say those people don't work just as hard as someone that hasn't had it. Maybe harder since they have to be extra careful so they don't make themselves sick.…

You don't have to do it. A deficit is all you need for weight loss. Cardio has good benefits though.
