Protein powder? Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, tofu, "meat" products like Morning Star, Quorn, etc.

I need to go to Target, I guess!

Talenti is 3 for $10 at Meijer this week.

MFP sets the goal pretty low; I think the default is 20%. You can manually change it. Got to Goals--->Change Goals---> Custom---> and then make your changes.

Why did you cut them out?
-
Nope, that's what happens! You may have to play around with your macros (carbs/fats/protein) to find a ratio that works best for you. I've found that higher fat, moderate protein, and lower carb works best for me. Do you know how many calories you're eating per day? I'm not knowledgeable enough about WW to know the…

Errmmmm....k. It's Friday. Chill out.

Essential oils are bad for cats. Please keep them away from this thread.

Oooh! Which Kroger?

I forgot I have some Hasten dazs coupons. I'm impressed by your collection, Acrylics! My husband does not like the Talenti cookie dough. He took one bite and flipped out "wtf is this?!" I think that one will be hanging out for the next month or so until I throw it out.

You're killin' me. Smalls. *drool*

So many things that I didn't know existed!

Indubitably, Tosh!

Didn't have room, but tried it anyway. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. It was just meh. I am going to see if I can find the TH coconut cream pie, for sure. Sounds awesome.
-
I bought some when I was at the store last night. I haven't tried it yet. Maybe this evening if I have the room.

I've been doing this round of SL at a much slower pace with lower weights and higher volume, and like Tree, I have my macros set at 40% fat, 30 protein, 30 carb. I haven't gotten crazy hungry yet by doing it this way. I'm not really trying to increase my weights too much though, just trying to find a balance between an…

I finally found the Oatmeal Raisin and Salted Caramel Peanut Talenti's. I got the peanut one and skipped the oatmeal raisin, partly for the less than glowing reviews here and partly because raisins. I also got a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Talenti and the Breyer's Tiramisu. I enjoyed the peanut one, husband did not like…

Day 33: Swiss Rolls. They're gone, finally. I didn't track measurements or anything, I just like the excuse to eat treats every day. ;)

I didn't know it was banana day! Kind of funny how it worked out. The only reason I made banana anything was because I had some that were in the use or lose stage. I think the banana flavor was just too intense. I made a double chocolate banana bread as well and was ok with that because the banana taste was muted. This is…

I made a banana upside down cake. Picture is my profile pic. I don't want to add it here because of the pic-splosion that will happen. I did not care for the cake at all. It has a really intense banana flavor that is just not my thing. That's my polite way of saying I took a bite and spit it right back out. I brought a…

1. If you're using a scale, it can be any combination of things that affect that number. Even calipers aren't that great because you could be measuring in a slightly different location. 2. This is based on your preference. I use light and/or nonfat dairy (except cheese!) because I don't like the mouth-feel of full fat. 3.…

Day 32: a smidge of horribly disappointing banana cake and some Nutty Bars to get the banana taste out of my mouth.
-
Neva mind. Can't read.
-
I'd be more livid if my kid lived with me and ate all my cake.
-
Day 31: Lake Champlain salted caramel chocolate bar and Little Debbie Swill rolls.
-
Days 27-30: everything but ice cream. I only have a gross one left in my freezer, and I haven't been to the store to get anything different. I do have a whole bunch of bananas that I need to use, so I can just make that banana ice cream that everyone is always talking about. >:)

I'm glad to see MFP still hasn't fixed the gigantic picture issue. I have a 32" monitor at home and it is full of the Gelato Fiasco picture.
