I was at work just the other day and the bathroom door closed behind me ( I was cleaning with the door open) but the light was off. For some reason, I looked towards the mirror and that went through my head twice. I actually ran out of the bathroom scared to say it the third time. I'm 32. LOL

You're welcome! Like I said earlier, it took me a week to realize why I was gaining weight..lol. When I stopped eating back those calories, I started losing my weight again, but every one is different. What works for me may not work for you! Good luck with everything :)

It works differently with everyone, but I personally have found that eating back my exercise calories is NO GOOD! As long as your calorie intake doesn't go below 1300 for the day after you work out, you are good. You need that deficit to lose weight. I don't know much, but I do know if you aren't eating enough calories, your body will feel like it's in starvation mode and it holds onto every little piece that it can.
