I LOVE mine too!! Do you guys find there the is a difference between the calorie intake goal on Fitbit and MFP? DO you go with the fitbit's goal?

Jacksonville here too!! Wow, I had no idea there were so many Floridians! Yay! Thanks all! I just think that dealing with similar climates might be helpful in finding motivation. I know the LAST thing I want to do when it is 90 degrees with 568% humidity is work out. The heat just sucks the life out of you! agreed?

Yes, it seems that there is a bit of a delay. In the past when I have experienced this I look at my sodium intake. Especially if you are eating more than you are used to, there is lots of hidden sodium in foods. Also, if you are eating a lot of fruit, cut back a bit. My sister actually gained weight from eating too much…

You can count it for sure! What I do is if there is sugar in it ... it is NOT WATER! Haha! So Fresh Brewed Sweet Tea wouldn't count. It is just a way to get me to go for the water and not the sodas or juices. There is no real basis for picking sugar free drinks when it comes to hydration. I But I am not into drinking my…
