There is a recipe that Jillian Michaels endorses that is 60 oz of distilled water or bottled water, 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, 1 Tbsp of sugar free cranberry juice and 1 bag of dandelion root tea. Woohoo! I braved the scale yesterday and am now at 130.8! I was starting to get discouraged because I felt like nothing was happening! So excited!! I will definitely keep at it!!!

Hi everyone! 5' 1.5". I started out @ 140 and now @ 132! I have been doing the 30 day shred, just not every day! I still have a way to go but I feel great and am getting a LOT of comments from people noticing my weight loss. Woohoo!!

I only log it if I get down on my hands and knees and scrub the floor for a long time. That will definitely get your heart rate up! Other housecleaning I don't log.

I had a turkey mignon cooked on the George Foreman, side salad with romaine and tomatoes w/fat free creamy italian dressing, and Steamfresh buttery rice and vegetables.

Did Level 1 day 3 yesterday! Great workout and starting to get less sore. I feel a lot better and have more energy! Woohoo! Bring on day 4!
