  • i don't know about the running but i did notice that swimming at a leisurely pace shows more calories burned then a moderate or vigorous pace. was really wondering about this myself. maybe Mike can check into the counts, i am going to send him a message.

  • If you are working sobriety, go non alcohol!!!!! I am coming up on 4 years in October, one day at a time and no drugs at all including alcohol, nothing is worth giving that up over. have a great time and hang in there, sober is great!!!

  • i do count houswork, cause i found it in the database LOL, i dance with the vaccuum and broom. stretch more than necessary while doing some tasks. Just whatever come to me any movement is good in my book. You are not crazy well maybe cause they say i am :) but it is working so i am gonna keep on doing it.

  • I don't care for sweet cereals either. The special K cereals really surprised me, i haven't found i don't like. Even the one with chocolate chunks is good especially for that chocolate craving LOL!!!! i definitely recommend them all, and i have tried them all.   • i log everything the good, the bad and the ugly. I learned from my prior experience of yo yo dieting that not logging does me more harm. I tend to get off track and stay off however if i log and look at what i have eaten on bad days i get back on track alot faster. wishing you much success.
  • i agree 100% i also gave up on worrying about the sugar intake, some sugars are good, like those in fresh fruits however when i saw i was "over" on sugars it freaked me out, Knowing i was always over, i decided not to worry about it and so far so good. :flowerforyou:
