We all have bad days. Just don't do what i did and let it turn into bad months. I gained 22 lbs back doing that. I would just start fresh tomorrow with a positive attitude. I am an emotional eater also and have to be very careful in that area. Hang in there and remember this too shall pass.:flowerforyou:

I think it sounds good. I bake the chicken tenders, that have 1.5gm of fat as vs 4.5 on the other breast I found. I just season them with cajun seasoning and they are good that way to. Maybe try looking on the website and seeing if they tell you there. I watch the show but that is about it.

I would get out now no matter what. Go to a homeless shelter, they will help you find housing and safety. how do i know?? i did it. don't wait cause it will only get worse. i am also an emotional eater. I now live by myself and am getting back on track. It is taking some work but I am in a peaceful non threatening…

I am so not motivated to exercise today, i just keep sitting here going from one post to another and one website to another. it is horrible and i am now getting up off my big butt and doing something productive. what?? don't know yet :sad:

As crazy as this sounds when i was using this site before, i actually counted out the noodles, it was like 50 in a 2 oz serving. I also used whole wheat instead of the regular noodles.

i like this one, take a frozen whole grain waffle, toast it, cut in half, fill with frozen fat free whipped topping. I was on here for awhile also and it helped alot. i fell off the wagon to and it has been horrible resulting in a weight gain of 22 lbs. I am now back on track and looking forward to sharing some experience, strength, and hope with all of you. just for today i will eat healthy and exercise. Wishing everyone a successful day

i was but unfortunately they are closing next month. I really liked it and it did help me to get off 42 lbs when i quit going and fell off the wagon i gained 5 back. so i say it does work. U have to work it though, the harder u do the recovery boards ie running instead of walking on them and push ur self on the machines…

one day at a time. I live by that in another area of my life and i am going to apply it to my weight loss also. sometimes it is one minute or second at a time, but those minutes and seconds turn into days then weeks then monthsand years so hang in there sounds like ur on the right track :flowerforyou:

whew, having just come back to MFP I am gonna try to limit portions, big time. i am going to friends house and they are very aware of my struggles with weight loss. I am going to have friends there also who are doing the healthy eating so hopefully we can keep each other on track. I plan to eat alot of salad and drink tons…

I did the same thing and I am back also. My thought now is stick with it cause look, i ended up back here having to start with trying to lose the lbs i gained back :sad: however t he blessing is there.
