i know i eat them more than once a week and i am still loosing so i don't know if it is the amount of water i drink or what that is helping that.

I cannot do take a day off. I am a food addict and one day will lead to two and pretty soon i will be off track totally and gaining weight like crazy. To me food is a drug, i use it for comfort, i use it when i am tired, happy sad, so i follow it like that. one day at a time and no relapse on food or i am in trouble!!!

yeah fast food, well any restaurant is a hazard for me. this has been a huge struggle for me also. I would do great all day and then boom night would hit and i would just pig out and then feel horrible the next morning. oh yeah! Same thing happened to me and still does, so now a trip thru mcdonalds is no longer appealing cause i know how i am going to feel. Its great though to want healthier foods. My energy level is back up finally and i am feeling motivated again. :drinker:

hmm if it was me i would have ragu light alfredo with 2 oz spaghetti noodles with lots of portabello mushrooms, a slice of wheat garlic bread, and a big salad. then for a snack later a would have a fat free yogurt.

For me, it is easy to just say to the ppl invited hey we are having a going away bbq for whoever and its for adults only for obvious reasons so i am giving everyone enough notice to get a sitter. PPl do that to take the focus off themselves and what is wrong with them! They have very low self esteem and by insulting someone else it makes them feel better about themselves, mistakenly so however.
