  • i have this problem also so what i do in this case is get as close as possible by tracking a similar meal at chain restaurant like applebees. I know this is not totally accurate but it is better than not tracking at all. I also add like an extra few calories to insure i don't go over. Probably not the best thing to do but…
  • i always try to double check especially if something sounds way off. If it is just a little over i leave it but if it is even a tiny bit under i put my own in . That way i pretty much know i am not going over.

  • I didn't go for that one but a friend did and she said big rip off. I told her when she told me she ordered it that water is the best body cleanser and i still believe that. My Doctor agreed when i brought the subject to her, She told me to increase my water and i would feel better and it works for me!
