I hate hangovers, i can still remember that feeling and it has been over 2 years since i drank any alcohol and won't be having any today either. I used to just have to sleep it off. hang in there :flowerforyou:

i have been struggling with eating late alot lately. It has always been one of my biggest problems. i use 2 different types, fleishmanns light and smart squeeze with is fat free and only has 5 calories a TBLSP

I have a horrible time with this. i will do ok all day and then night hits and i want to eat everything in sight. It is really hard not to binge for me. I did last night and had to get up this morning and adjust my attitude. not easy but i am praying that tonight is different

i go over on protein too, not sure what to do or how bad of an effect it has but i do know i wore a pair of jeans this weekend that didn't fit 2 weeks ago. I don't weight alot cause it depresses me if i don't see a change but i am kind of feeling it so i am not worrying about it too much.

i don't know about where you live but here there is no lack of work for ppl willing to take care of the elderly. I would probably start looking into other employment. They don't sound like a very good group of ppl. Hang in there. Take care of your family and yourself first . keeping you in my prayers

i recently came back too. having gained 22 lbs of the 42 i lost last time i used this site. I have got to get motivated on the exercise thing man it is hard to get back into it. I am doing it though one day at a time. welcome back and we can do this damn thing once and for all

well i had a bad experience with that. I gave away my fat clothes ended up gaining 22 lbs back can't wear anything i have. had to go buy some jeans that fit for now. I learned a hard lesson financially. i am trying to get back into my other clothes now and then cont down from there. i did think i would not be into this…

wow 92 lbs that is great. Don't stop now you have some way to far. You are so right about falling off the wagon. I did and ate the horse too. i gained back 22 lbs of what i had lost. i am only down 20 now and believe me it messes with me physically, spiritually, and mentally. I struggle big time with this one. Last night i gave in and ate a whole wheat waffle with strawberry jam to cure my sweet tooth. I have heard so many different things about it. I had a health professional tell me a calorie is a calorie it doesn't matter what time i consume it in a 24 hour period. I don't know what to think…
