Hi all
I'm doing so/so
Still up 3 pounds after the Holidays....
Good news is I am working out really hard every day...walking and even...running....yeeks
and doing yoga
BUT I just can't seem to get my eating back on track
SO, the scale hasn't gone down but hasn't gone up either
I still want to loose the 3 pounds I put on over the last few weeks!
How is everyone else doing?

I am doing well with eating right but I am having a hard time getting back into the exercise routines.0

I'm with you, my eating is definitely not back on track. Just sort of maintaining at this point. :grumble:0

I'm back on track. During Christmas my sister came to visite and I ate like there was no tomorrow:noway: Even when I wasn't hungry I ate! The scale didn't move so I was happy with that. Now some days I'm over my calories and other days I'm under (which I was doing that before the holidays came) So I think I'm good but I still feel like I want to binge every so often. Like today and yesturday I wanted a milk shake so I got one but am sharing it with my daughter. I always find my ways to get what I want and fit it:laugh:

I'm good on the exercise, but the eating is a different story. I eat good at work during the week, but the weekdends are a killer to me. I like my Coors lite. Just saying. 0
