You can do this. It's super hard and the fact that your even aware and you have a desire is the first step. A lot of times there are reasons behind why someone is 100+ pounds overweight, it's not just a physical thing it's often a psychological thing as well. My only advice would be too look at it from a lifestyle change…

My sodium levels are in the normal range though already, all my blood work is perfect. So makes no sence to me.

I started in the 360's and have been lifting heavy since and love it...I think you should try it out....it works for me. Mixing both strength training and cardio.

I eat mine back and am still loosing...always have ate them back. It works for me. Just find out what works for you .

I'm almost at my two year mark at MFP and during my first year is where I lost most of my first 100 pounds.....you lose motivation because it's HARD!!!! Hi I started above 360 at 6 feet. I am now hovering around 215.....it's a long long journey however it is so worth it. It's gonna be painful both physically and mentally, actually more mentally but you can do it. There will be weeks and months where the scale does not want too move but you just push forward. Best of luck.

I'm 6'0 and my goal is around 190 pds. Currently hovering in the 215 range....It all depends on your frame as well and how you feel. Some people that are this tall have small frames, I am not one of those.

It's hard to judge accuratly I believe on me b/c of my excess skin....but it was around 35 % a couple months ago based on one of those machines that you step on with bare feet (lol I have no idea what those are called)...the machine calulated that at 199 pounds I would be under 30%....I do know that my muscles,organs, ect…

Just based off various TDEE sites....and sorry to confuse I meant they tell me to eat around 2400 calories .. My TDEE is just over 3,000.
