So how's everyone doing? Anyone else going through a crazy weight loss journey? I'm 106 pounds from the goal but I'm getting there and it's pretty hard mentally but logically it's really simple. from Vancouver Island, BC Canada. I've already lost 40 pounds and am on a waitlist for baractric surgery however the waitlist is like 3 years long and I think I can do this thing without surgery. I have 120 pounds to lose to be at my goal weight I'm seting the goal for two years from now.......I can do this.
