Need to get over feeling like a failure.

I did it!!! I lost 150 pounds... went to the gym 6 days a week, lifted heavy. Got off all my insulin and meds and was deemed healthy! ..... Then life happens and 4 years later I sit here and have gained 110 pounds back. Back on all my meds and insulin and am unhealthy and unhappy...
I have been trying for two years straight to get back at it!!! Everyone tells me “you can do it, you did it before!”.

why am I failing time and time again.
I know what to do....
super frustrated over here.

    You can do it ... you just need to figure out where you are going wrong and modify it.

    Why do you think you are failing ? Where are you slipping up ?

    Bite it off in chunks. You can’t lose it all at once, so set a goal of 10 pounds. When you hit that, then you reset that goal.
    You know the process, you just need to make that decision.

    Stop comparing it to the last time. I know that’s easier said than done; everything always is. But this journey is different than the last one because you already have the knowledge... so stop treating it the same. Start small. Implement the things you know about health and fitness in small amounts... all of that will add up to big things. I understand that it’s frustrating to start over... but don’t let that hold you back. Just START. The time is going to pass anyway, sweetie. Might as well do something with it :)
