So I'm excersing about 5 days a week, do about 45-60 mins of cardio then strength training each day, switching from my arms to my legs. I'm building tons of muscle......the thing is my weight isn't changing. I understand muscle weighs more then fat however should I just be concentrating on my cardio then later on in my weight loss worry about strength training...or should I just keep as is and my weight will go down eventually. My food is on point. Help. Plus I'm diabetic and suffer from insulin resitance and have PCOS. So I'm complicated. Any pointers would really help thanks.

If you eat right and exercise you'll weight will come down. Try not to focus on the scale too much.

    Don't worry about the scale.
Start taking actual measurements if you can.
Yes, muscle weighs more so you are probably losing inches instead of having a huge weight loss.

Do you know where your heart rate is during cardio? Are you in hitting your target heart rate, or going below or above it? 45 minutes of cardio won't help that much if your heart rate isn't at the right spot.

Like everyone else said too, ignore the scale. Use a tape measure and see if your measurements change. Also make sure you're eating your exercise calories.
