Halfway there!!!!!!!

I'm halfway to my goal....that's nuts to me....I've learned sooooo much about myself and nutrition and health.
Things I've accomplished thus far
-almost off insulin
-off 3 out of 5 of my blood pressure meds\
- can work out for 2 hours no problem
- can stay on the stairmaster for 20 mins and not die

I wore a size 18 in grade 5. I'm currently a size 20/22.....in that inbetween annoying size....

I've never seen myself lower then 300 pounds in my adult life so it's interesting and strange and weird but I'm super excited for the next half of my journey....I don't care how long it takes me I know I will get there...

So for everyone else you can get to your goals too and stop worrying about the time it takes.....it's a lifestyle change.
