the last 20 or so....

Ok so frustrating...why is the last twenty pounds the hardest? You would think the first 150 I have lost was hard, well yeah it was but I have been struggling with the last twenty for a long time. Up and down the last 5 pounds for over six months. I try and eat clean, I excercise almost every day, sometimes twice a day, really into heavy lifting. I wear an HRM to estimate calories burned and I eat those back.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue as well. Or can explain why the last bit is the hardest and anyone have advice.

I'm not giving up nor will I ever it's just I don't want to see a 2 on that scale anymore. Once I'm under 200 I'm gonna throw the scale away, it's not my friend. My body fat is 27% right now but it's hard to know exactly because of my excess skin due to being morbidly obese for my whole life pretty much.

Just frustrated and blah!
