I just got over a flu that traveled back with me from oz.I didn't wish to eat and wasn't hungry so I stuck to a protein shake with frozen berries,yoghurt and low fat cottage cheese.

I do arms and thighs twice:Pwaist,butt,chest,belly and hips.Although i did measure my thighs individually once,one was bigger....cracked me up no end.Im cms though. I personally feel the 'get some help' comment was unnecessary.She is eating,she is just not eating enough.There is a decent variety in her diary and she is making an effort and recognizing that there is an issue. She said she has issues with meat,not all foods.
