found this site a week ago and joined a gym. I'm training for a long distance bike ride around the welsh coast. in my current state i dont think i'd make it half way!

Try to focus on what you think you can do,not on what you cannot.You made a week,think of what you can do next week,the week after and so on.Try to not get into the what i think its what I CAN!!Be surprised what your are capable of when you say 'bugger it,I can do this'.Grats on a week:)Also take one day at a time:)You can do whatever you decide to do regardless of how unattainable it appears to be.0
