Wow that's a very motivational story. I had lost a good amount of weight over a year ago and didn't finish what I started. The good news is I didn't gain any back but never felt good about myself. I didn't develop good eating habits that would last the rest of my life. That is what I am planning to change this time around.…

I use those 100 calorie pack snacks and they really help me to keep in control. But I must admit sometimes that icecream is just calling my name. When I have these temptations I try and do something else it's not always easy but I try not to give into the temptation.
