i usually measure in liters and drink 4 a day, which im pretty sure is a gallon. its easier for me than 8 or 10 glasses. :-)

According to my BMR I burn 1100 just sitting on my butt. THankfully I don't. I do workout 6 days a week. if thats enough for you to want to add me, great!! if not- i won't lose sleep over it. ;-)

I think you're supposed to measure right below your lowest rib. thats what I was told when I was taking measurements for a bridesmaid dress. I think if you're close its fine. :-)
