This is such a good idea! I have been using Olay Total Effects body wash and body lotion and even though it's not for stretch marks mine are alot less purple now and I have been using it for about a month. It also make your skin so soft, my 13 yo daughter commented on how soft my skin looked the other day. :)

http://www.skinnytaste.com/ great low cal/ low fat recipes. I made brownies off this site the other day only I didn't use the chocolate chip so my version came out to be 91 cals and .5g fat. My kids even loved them. Don't be hard on yourself, it takes time to learn anything new including eating healthy. Good Luck!

This is so true! An hour ago I was on the phone with my sister complaining about my bad day and I said I'm going to go take a nap. Instead I did cardio for 45min, and I feel SOOOO much better.

Glad to hear this, I HATE the yoga! I am going on week 3. I have not done the full dvd of yoga yet. I made it 45mins in last week, then skiped to the cool down. I am going to do my best to finish it this week.

I feel for you, I agree with thelandofwin "It sounds like setting boundaries would be a good start". Question is, if she did loose her house where would she live? With you? That would not only be a financial strain for you but also a strain on your marriage. Sorry i don't have any advice, I hope it works out for you though.

You should have it looked at. My husband hurt his ankle running 8 months ago and waited too long to go to the doc, now he has had physical therapy 3 time a week for the past 3 months and it still bothers him when he works out. Hope it gets better for you soon!

Very well said. I have been on both ends, 10 years ago I had 40lbs to loose, and in my experience it was more of a struggle to loose that 40lbs then it is now to maintain where I am at. I drink 96oz a day. I have a 32oz cup that I fill 3x a day and keep it with me at all times.

Yes, knowing when you need to eat back those calories is a huge help! I found out I was under eating before joining this site and putting my body in to starvation mode.
