What's in your summer salads?

I have two salads that I alternate between for lunch each day:
white tuna in water
white northern beans
diced tomato
red onion
black olives
lemon juice
tsp. evoo
served over 2 cups spinach leaves
1/2 chicken breast
1/2 C quinoa
diced tomatoes
diced bell pepper
red onion
diced cucumber
2 cups spinach leaves
handful of broccoli slaw to add bulk
balsamic vinegar
1-2 tsp. evoo
What are you putting in your salads this summer?

I love any kind of salad, cold, warm, veggie, meat. Don't have to twist my arm. I usually go for the protein salads no bread or croutons. The beef strawberry and blue cheese with apples and pecans is the best, home made of course. Store bought or restaurant bought is so fatty.0

50/50 Spring Mix
Baby Spinach
Chopped Kale
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Walnuts
Shrimp (Sauteed in EVOO and Tony's)
Balsamic Vinaigrette

Spinach, red leaf lettuce, dried cranberries, croutons, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and a raspberry vinaigrette!0

summer yay! that's when I add in a few sliced strawberries walnuts and mandarin oranges or apple slices to a basic garden salad.0

1 lb jumbo cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped*
1 medium tomato, diced
1 hass avocado, diced
1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced fine
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 limes, juice of
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
On and bed of baby spinach. Tasty!

Just some romaine lettuce, tomatoes, greek olives, and spritz on dressing-low calorie Balsalmic vinegarette. Might add carrots or parmesean cheese0

Lettuce
Cucumber
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Carrots
Light Chedder Cheese
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Less Lettuce and more of the other Veggies. Sometimes I will add Chicken or Ham into it.0
