  • Don't give up. If you aren't losing weight take your measurements. Sometimes you are losing inches even if it's not showing a weight loss.   • even if you are not hungry you need to hit your minimum calorie intake or your weight loss will plateau. Try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of eating the normal 3. Hang in there things will get better!!
