ALSO I do boot camp for exercise, but I'm of course not going during the fast period. I've decided to NOT do a 6 day water fast but to phase into Dr. Ian's 4 day diet.... so fast for a couple days then add in veggies... then build upon that. I was eating 800 cals a day for a while... They guy at "THE RUSH" told me I could get away with it because i'm 5ft tall... I did loose weight, BUT now when I go up to 1200 cals I gain weight. :( & have gained weigh.

They may have their weight in their hips, butt, and thighs and have a small waist. OR they could be more muscular. Some people my same weight and height look way bigger than me and some smaller. Height 5ft tall SW 190 CW 190 GW 145

I do think that the races distribute weight differently just like the sexes do. As we all know fat in areas such as hips and thighs is less harmful than fat in the mid region. I'm 5ft and 190lbs, My weight takes huge fluctuations at a time. I can gain 10lbs in like 2 weeks. If I drop 5lbs everyone notices. My goal is to be between 150-130. Depending on how I look

I was sweating and very shaking and nervous feeling. Heart was beating fast. I just wanted to lay down. :( It made me want to eat more to stop the feeling.
