I need to loose approximately 106lbsto be healthy. I'd like to lose 50lbs by march 18th (my birthday) so heres the challenge.
The first 20 people say 'I'm in!' get a place in the competition but anyone else can join in for fun after that but won't be counted for the prize. Weight will be tracked every week as we are losing it and I promise to send a fun prize to the first person who loses 50lbs. Are you in?
*no time wasters please and no cheating.

What's the start date, and how are you going to track it?0 -
Well done everyone! I will count the 1st 20 people, if anyone drops out or misses more than 4 weeks of weigh ins consecutively then your place will be given to the person who joined after you. Those with less than 50 to lose but who still want to take part must get to your 50lbs loss and maintain it until March 18th. That will be a seperate prize ;=)0

That's 50 pounds starting today, right? Not starting with what we have already lost so far? So this will be a NEW 50 pounds, if I understand you correctly?0

How often do we weigh and when is the start date?0 -
we will track it once a week (unless you only weigh in once a month) and it will be posted on here along with everyone elses details. We will start with our current weights and add our losses.
e.g
Lally (thats me!)
SW250.2
GW 200.2
01/11/11 : and our weight for that date
07/11/11: our weight for that date
and so on.
Eventually we will each have log lists tracking our progress. Its a cut and paste methos which is easy for every one to use.
