Great job on losing those inches Eli...I tried doing 30DS and actually finished the first day lol... second day I couldnt finish the first 5 minutes... I thought it was because of my weight I was about 315 lbs...but today Im thinking if I got through the first day maybe I just needed to huff and puff through the second day. Maybe I will try it again I hear GREAT reviews on losing inches and toning... congrats!0 -

I really need to up what I am losing does anyone have any ideas. I am losing but not where I want to and I dont know what to do. I carry all of my weigh in my middle and no matter what I do I lose it everywhere else. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do?0
