    How are you all doing? I've been a bit chaotic of late so pretty absent from the forums. I know my weight is coming off but boy it has slowed down. Still I'm hopefully going to have lost a good 10lbs this month if thisngs carry on the way they are. Working out HARD! Might need to take a day off but just signed up for the 30 day challenge! Hmmmmmmm no days of til dec, I hope I don't go wild over Crimbo!

    Great job on losing those inches Eli...I tried doing 30DS and actually finished the first day lol... second day I couldnt finish the first 5 minutes... I thought it was because of my weight I was about 315 lbs...but today Im thinking if I got through the first day maybe I just needed to huff and puff through the second day. Maybe I will try it again I hear GREAT reviews on losing inches and toning... congrats!:smile:
