Ok, I did mine and I dont like it. 29.3% body fat ( 34.2 Pounds of fat and 82.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). How can this be? I dont understand?? I am currently TOO skinny (or so everyone says and am trying to gain) but how can I be made up of nearly 30% fat? Grossed out and confused!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks, some good tips here. And yes, calories have been at maintenence or above for a few week now. Although its so hard to get out of the frame of mind 'oh I can't eat that'!! Will defo work on my strength training from now on.

Hi Melissa *IF* I manage to do today then I will be on Day 10 Level 1. Really really need to get some motivation. 1/2 pound on this week and I'm meant to be maintaining, ready for my holiday in 3 weeks time! Its definately do-able if you can keep the motivation! Happy Shredding! Sarah

My co-worker told me that she let her 14 year old daughter eat 4 cookies the other night at 235 calories each!!! Thats nearly my whole days allowance. No wonder the poor girl is overweight! :0(
