Have you put your calories to maintenance? As long as you eat at a deficit you'll keep losing weight and it will be hard to build any muscle. It isn't easy for women to put on muscle to start with and you have to eat to build.0

thanks, some good tips here. And yes, calories have been at maintenence or above for a few week now. Although its so hard to get out of the frame of mind 'oh I can't eat that'!!
Will defo work on my strength training from now on.0
