Well I can say that you do not look like you are carrying a lot of fat. I think your goal is attainable and can be kept if you keep up good eating habits and some exercise. I am 5'1 and I got my first mention around the time I had lost 12lbs.

I usually go over on my sugar because I start my day out with a banana and an apple. Those two things put me over my sugar but I still loose weight. Just take it one day at a time and eat at a deficit and it will start to work.

I'd LOVE to reach the -20lb mark by 12/25 but I don't know if I will get there. As long as I do in the long run I am all good but it is fun to have a goal to strive for.

If fructose is involved, it's bad. Usually flavored sparkling water is 0 calories and 0 sugar. It is a fantastic way to get in your daily amount of water without adding any calories and giving you the feel of soda. Seriously, I drink it every day and I am kind of obsessed with it.

Another one... I giggle all the time and usually I don't know I am doing it. I giggle when I am happy, don't have energy to respond with words, when I feel uncomfortable, when it's just too quiet. It's a little strange.

I have to eat my apples the same way every time. I eat a ring around the middle of the apple, then the rest of the apple skin off the top, then the bottom. After all the apple skin is gone I can eat the rest of it. It may seem a little OCD but apples are the only thing I do like this lol!

Did not eat all the candy that was at work today. I had a small handful of trail mix and left the sugar for others.

I am a pescetarian and am loosing weight on a pretty much full vegetarian diet. If you want, add me as a friend and look at my diary to see what I have been eating. Some of it repetitive but it really works for me.

I know mine is only there when I hit my breaking point which was a few weeks ago. I have my husband help be keep on track when we are home but once I saw the weight start coming off... well that was enough to get me excited and keep going!
