Half way to the goal
I thought I would post up pictures today as I am half way to my goal. Start weight- 160. Weight today- 145. Down a notch on my belt and all of my jeans are too loose. My face is where you can see the biggest change. It's not a huge difference like others on here but it is something!

Ways to avoid calorie heavy drinks
