Hello all,
My name is Kate and I have been on and off this site for a while now but I finally feel I have the drive to stick to it. I have joined a gym this week and am really loving taking the Zumba and Body Pump classes. I just need to have people who hold me accountable and encourage me. I am the heaviest I have ever been right now and I just want to feel healthy again.

Hi Kate, I'm sure you'll acheive your goals through MFP, I have found it to be a great tool and as you say its not a diet its a lifestyle change. Just stick through it, you might have weeks where you don't lose but we all have these, the trick is to forget about it, move on and be even more determined to lose the weight the following week!
