  • If you have a aching lower back its probably because you have tight hamstrings.... I have that problem and your hammys pull on your lower back muscles... another way to strengthen that is to do a lot of abs.... now was far as meds go or natural remedies... stretching is the only one!!!

  • one of the reasons people dont lose weight is because they dont get enough protein and too many carbs... id say its better to go over on protein then go over on carbs or fat.... don't stress it too much!!!
  • You can also get a powdered fiber that you put in your water, baking, drinks ect. to supplement the fiber you miss out on. I think there is a powder called Beni-fiber or something like that.... but my friend had the same problem, and it helped her out a lot!

  • Like people said, good carbs are natural, and bad carbs are like the carbs you would get in soda, and candy bars, and things like that.
