I just looked that up! I think my main priority was just losing weight and I forgot to take health into consideration (as stupid as it sounds).

Your story is truly amazing. I know from my own personal experience/experiences what stress an depression can do to the body and it's nice to hear that you have pulled through your obstacles positively :)

I missed a day (today) and overate. So I feel pretty stupid but I am not going to let it get me down. Tomorrow is a new day and I can make up for today and right this wrong lol.

I love sweet potatoes too! I heard they are good carbs/starches. But then again, everything in moderation. I wouldn't eat anymore than two a day.

Staying hydrated is a good thing; helps flush out your toxins and helps clear skin. As with anything, some things work for some people and not for others. The "studies" that people keep referring to mention this point ^^. Just because those twins didn't experience different health benefits doesn't mean that no one else…

I'm no expert whatsoever but I wouldn't risk it! If using the wall isn't painful then you should continue doing them that way :) Maybe planking? That puts a lot of pressure on the upper body also, but you will not have to lift yourself up and down as you do with the pushups.

I saw that documentary also and was so interested in doing it for myself. The results were amazing. Also I didn't read through all the posts, but I think that if you slowly add food back to your diet you'll be fine. A cleanse, I feel, is very good for you. Good luck :)
