you can change any of your food settings by clicking food tab then click the settings button...change it and save it.

Sometimes people who are suppose to love us are very toxic, and the only choice is to keep them out of our lives as much as possible. You are doing great and don't let them poison your success.

Depends on when you are planning to go to bed would be my opinion. If you are going to be up 3+ hours I would go ahead and eat something, if going right to bed...No. And a trainer told me once to eat more protein and less carbs before bedtime. Hope this helps. :glasses:
