i still workout regardless, but it all depends on how ur feeling, i'd say workout but jst do as much as u can do, dont push yourself too hard and make yourself even worse!! good luck!! :happy:

for a 140lb person:- Level1=148 Level2=169 Level3=159 The person i got this from told me they got it from jillians website as it depends on what u weigh!!! and also dont know why u burn less cals on level 3!! lol hope this helps u!! :bigsmile:

I do bootcamp too its hard but bloody worth it dont u think?? anyway depending on the session and what u do and how much effort u put in, my sessions i manage to burn between 400-600 cals in one session so i created my own bootcamp exercise on here and did one at 400 and one at 600 hundred so u know what one to pick…

Thank u to all of u that posted it really has helped me!! Now I can do my 1st day of my 30 day shred after my run in the morning I so can't wait and now I know what to write down for me exercise!! Thanx guys xx
