Thats is maybe something to think about and a very good point, so maybe i shall cut my intake of tea down to 4 and have the remaining 4 in water alone!! Thanx :flowerforyou:

ha ha ha i know what u mean the height of my pain was on day 3 and couldn't walk down the stairs or sit on the toilet without screaming in pain!! lol i usually have a berocca in water a dis-solvable tablet that replaces the sugars and salts lost when working out then i stick to water!!! hope this helps!! keep up the good…

day 5 for me today and all complete!! i found day 3 the hardest thats when i REALLY ached the most and could bearly walk down the stairs, but pushed through it and now feel better, im only doing it up to the 28th as i go on holiday so i only have 24days left to go and am really hoping for results, took all my b4 pics and…

ok so day 4 i really pushed myself and did a 5mile brisk walk and day4 of the 30ds and burnt 1050 calories, really pleased with that, today is not gonna be as good but ive already done day5 of the shred, done a lil bit of walking, but really have to catch up on my housework!! lol im gonna get that 9 lb off if it kills me!!…

REALLY, REALLY not happy its 7am on day 4 and i have somehow put on 9lb......WTF!!! so going for a 6 mile brisk walk, doing day 4 of the 30ds, and then do a 5k run on the tready!!! im sssoooo not happy right now!! but hey at least thats pushed me even more!! lol :sad: :happy:

wow is that what u do in a day or a wk?? thats tonnes of exercise, well done u puts my 20mins 30ds and my 2hrs of walking a day to shame!! lol

im in, but i started mine on monday and i go away on the 28th so i shall post my final results then!! jst completed my day3 of the 30ds and can bearly move lol, plus i dont drive so i walk everyday, and may time to time get on the tready for half an hour!! all i gotta do now is stick to the healthy eating and cutting out…

ok day 4 at the ready and even though i was sore yesterday and day b4 that, i am feeling less sore today jst goes to show that working through the pain helps!!! good luck guys!! and keep at it!!! :bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

Ok ladies I have completed day 2 of the 30ds even though I was very sore an have a poorly bubba!! But feel better for doing it and had a proper good sweat out!! It's amazing how much I can sweat after doing 20mins of exercise!! Phew I hope ur all doing or have done ur shredding today, come on girls we can do this!!

AAAGGGHHHHHHH!! put 2lb on AGAIN!! lack of exercise i think, but getting my treadmill on saturday and im getting back into my running!! so hopefully should c me losing lbs now!! plus it doesnt help that its TOTM!! eurgh!! :blushing: well done to everyone that lost!!! :drinker:
